You have an opportunity to make a difference in a child’s life in partnership with CWK through the following ways:
- Food and Financial Support.
- Sponsor a child to continue their studies in primary, secondary and universities/colleges.
- Conduct social & spiritual development programmes to help them grow morally and spiritually.
- Volunteer to work in our organization in the following departments:
The School
Classroom assistants, assisting teaching lessons, marking books, assisting in exams, preparing teaching aides, participating in games and arts and reading with children.
The Kitchen
Cooking/preparing food, helping to serve breakfast/lunch/dinner and cleaning the kitchen.
Laundry and cleaning
Washing clothes, ironing, dusting and cleaning of dormitories/dining hall/classrooms and arrangement.
Social Work
Assisting in administration work, accompany in visiting children in high schools and universities, helping to provide medical care & trips to doctors.
After School activities
Leading or participating in co-curricular activities i.e guidance and counseling, sports and any other relevant programmes.
Weekend/Holiday activities
Running one off programme and supervise daily programme as stipulated by administration
Funding Monitoring and Evaluation
The organization work closely with the beneficiaries who are the children, the entire community, local administration and donors.
The highest percentage of operations costs are met by two long term donor/partners of nineteen years; Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Naperville, Illinois and 4:13 Incorporation. The school has also a good number of paying parents who pay for sustainability.
